home. Once in a while I have to be able to find legal
documents for misc items. I use to be able to go to
the local stationary store and find what I needed. Now
a days I'm lucky to find a local stationary store. So
I go online and see if I can find any of maybe 2 forms
that I may need once a year. My mother-in-law was also
in a nursing home for 5 years. Many times I
needed forms like power of attorney or an few others.
I tried online and found it confusing. I have
put a banner below where I was finally able to down-
load any form I want.
